Read the terms and conditions carefully before using aimjewellery.com. By using and purchasing on our website, you accept the terms and conditions described below. Since terms and conditions may be updated from time to time (for example, to reflect technological changes, our business model, the capabilities of our system or the laws and regulations), we recommend that you visit this page regularly to become aware of any changes that may exist in terms and conditions.

SHIPPING INFORMATION
Depending on the item or items you buy at aimjewellery.com, you have different shipping methods. When making payment, we will ask you to choose the shipping method in relation to your order. Shipping costs are based on the shipping method you have chosen and are automatically calculated during the payment process, before completing the order.
If you want to get the product as soon as possible and want to speed up the delivery so that it is faster, you have the option of Express shipping. If you choose this option, your order will arrive within two days. The application must be received together with the confirmation of the credit authorization no later than 16:00 CET; otherwise we will only be able to process it until the next business day (we consider weekdays from Monday to Friday, excluding official holidays marked in the official calendar).

DELIVERY PLACES
Currently, we do not ship to PO boxes.

DELIVERY TIMES AND EXPENSES
We have the following shipping methods:
Normal (3-5 working days)
You will receive your order within 3-5 full working days. Weekdays from Monday to Friday are considered working days, excluding official holidays marked on the official calendar.
The value of Normal Shipping is 3,50 EUR
Express (2 working days)
You will receive your order within 2 full working days. Weekdays from Monday to Friday are considered working days, excluding official holidays marked on the official calendar.
The value of Express Shipping to Mainland Portugal and Islands is 11,33 EUR, abroad varies from country to country.
If the order contains a recorded item, we will only send it using the Normal method. If the order includes pieces of engraved jewelry the order will take another 3 or 4 days.

HOW CAN I RETURN ITEMS? OUR RETURN POLICY
We accept refunds or exchanges of items. If for any reason or cause you want to return an item, you can do so easily if it has not been more than 30 days after the date of purchase (the valid date is that shown on the packaging receipt) and the item is intact and in perfect conditions. Transport costs related to the return or exchange of products are borne by the customer. 
Refunds made in full will be processed in the same way as the original payment within the next 14 days after receiving the returned items.

Exchanges or returns of jewelery pieces modified at the customer's request will not be accepted. If you notice any problem with the receipt of your order, please contact us by sending an email to: iam@aimjewellery.com


OFFER AVAILABILITY AND VALIDITY
We strive to keep in stock all the items offered on our website. If you ask us for products that are not in stock, we reserve the right not to accept the offer. You will be informed by email and any other payment will, of course, be returned.

The prices and offers that appear on the website are valid at that precise moment, unless other specific terms on the website indicate otherwise. Price, spelling, and other types of errors may occur.

During the order confirmation process, we check the prices. If the correct price is lower than the indicated price, we will charge the missing amount. If the correct price is higher than the price that appears on our website, we will try to contact you. If we are unable to contact you, we will reject your request and inform you by email.

REQUESTS
The online store is open 24 hours a day. However, the store may be inaccessible for maintenance reasons. For your convenience, we strive to do this job overnight.

To shop at aimjewellery.com you must be at least 18 years of age and have a credit card accepted by us. If you are not yet 18 years old, you do not have the legal right to buy at aimjewellery.com.

You have the right to return your order, without any penalty and without justification, within 30 days from the day after delivery of the product.

At this time, we can only fulfill your order if the delivery address is a location or an office located in one of the countries included in “We ship to”. Therefore, our online store is designed to be used only by people who live in the countries mentioned. We do not ship to PO boxes.

We may refuse an offer or cancel a purchase in any of the following situations, without taking responsibility for any damage or expense. We will inform you by email before any action is taken to resolve the problem and return any payment made to us without discount:

. Your payment information is incorrect or cannot be verified;
. Your request may have been made with fraudulent intent, or be associated with an offense or other illegal activity;
. An unpredictable error has occurred on the site, for example, a payment error, etc .;
. There are reasons to believe that you are a minor;
. You do not reside in one of the countries included in “We ship to” or it was not possible to deliver the order to the address you provided.

When placing an order on our website, you are offering to buy a product that you have selected under these terms and conditions. We can accept or not accept the offer according to our understanding.

We can only accept offers made through our website or by telephone through the following number: 917964782 and 914047565 or by the following email iam@aimjewellery.com. We cannot accept orders made by letter or fax.

At what point in the order process does the customer commit to making the purchase?

When clicking on “Checkout” and after the receipt is displayed on the screen, the customer undertakes to make the purchase. However, the Returns and Cancellations section should be consulted.

The receipt displayed on the screen is an automated receipt which means that we have received your purchase offer. However, the receipt does not mean that we accepted your offer, so we reserve the express right to refuse your offer after receiving the automatic receipt.

If we accept your offer, you will receive a confirmation email from us regarding the acceptance of your order (order confirmation). The contract concluded between us and the customer will be effective from the moment the order confirmation is sent.

If the customer has made a mistake when placing the order, he / she should contact our Customer Service team who will be happy to assist you by e-mail at the following address: iam@aimjewellery.com. However, always make sure to review your offer before placing your order. Before sending the order, you have the possibility to edit all the information you have entered, such as the shipping or billing address, or the credit card information, or to change or delete items in the shopping cart.

FRAUD CHECK
In order to protect our customers and maintain security when shopping online, we can perform checks on the data you provide to us when submitting an order. These checks may include checking the address and payment method to prevent fraud.

Please note that we are unable to accept payment methods not previously specified. If you try to pay using any other method, we will not be responsible for the loss of the amount paid or for any other damage caused by your act.

CREDIT CARD VERIFICATION NUMBER
To maintain your own security and prevent fraud, you will be asked to enter your card verification number (CVV) when paying by credit card. You can find the 3 digit number on the back of your credit card. It is usually to the right of your credit card number.

PAYMENT PROCESSING
When the order and data have been verified and the products ordered leave our warehouse to be shipped, payment will be deducted from your account. Please note that your billing address must be entered exactly as it appears on your bank statement.

PRICES AND TAXES
All product prices, shipping costs and other services include VAT. Shipping costs are added per order. See the “Shipping to” Information for more information on expenses in your country. You will always be informed of the total price, including all taxes and other costs such as charges and possible delivery charges.

The prices that appear on the website are those that apply at the time of purchase. Prices may be subject to change without notice, but changes will not affect orders we accept. We strive to avoid information errors, but be aware that pricing, spelling and other errors may occasionally occur. During the order confirmation process we check the prices. The Company will react to the non-compliance with these Terms and Conditions as well as to any improper use of the website, using all the corresponding civil and penal mechanisms and the one entitled to it.

Pursuant to Decree-Law no. 24/2014, of 14 February, applicable to contracts concluded at a distance, you have the right to freely terminate a new contract, without stating a reason, within 14 calendar days from the date of date of celebration or the date of receipt of the first magazine.
